Vice President, Acquisitions & Dispositions Strategy

Andre is responsible for overseeing the 1-4 unit acquisition fund and participating in external multifamily acquisition and disposition strategies.   He has more than a decade of experience in acquisitions, dispositions, development and financing of mixed-use, mixed-income, affordable housing, and high-end luxury commercial real estate projects.  His experiences encompasses both public & conventional finance, new construction, rehabilitations, asset and property management, marketing, and leasing.  Andre has served as owner, vice president, associate and analyst for multiple prominent development firms resulting in the completion of a wide variety of commercial real estate projects exceeding an aggregate value of $1 billion during his career.

His most notable accomplishment was the successful redevelopment of the 2,441-unit public/private partnership of the Chicago Housing Authority’s ABLA Homes, a plan to transition the public housing site to a mixed-income community, now known as Roosevelt Square.

Andre Collins received a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance & Accounting from Florida A&M University, a Master’s of Science in Real Estate from the Marshall Bennett Institute of Real Estate and is an Illinois licensed real estate managing broker.
