Jessica Sivels

Director, Property Management Training

Originally from Chicago, IL, Jessica has over 15 years of experience in association management specializing in education and meeting planning. She has worked for the American Bar Association, Jenner & Block, LLC, the Chicago Association of REALTORS®, and the Chicagoland Apartment Association.

As Director of Property Management Training, she will work to expand upon the successful program of Taft West by continuing to offer next level classes and workshops that focus on best practices in operating multifamily housing. Her experience with group facilitation combined with her extensive background in real estate management education planning will enable her to create dynamic learning experiences as well as challenge her to expand and strengthen the pool of qualified apartment building owners and investors in low income communities.

Jessica is currently studying management at Loyola University | School of Continuing and Professional Studies  and previously studied Sociology at Chicago State University. She holds several certifications in project management, education, and meeting planning.

In her spare time, Jessica volunteers with numerous organizations in the Chicagoland area including Dress for Success Chicago and the Glass Slipper Project of Chicago. She has been a proud member of Association Forum since 2013 and is now a member of the Forum’s Professional Practices Committee.
