ROGER R. CASAS , Construction Inspector

Roger Casas has served as Construction Inspector for CIC since 1992. In that capacity, he evaluates, for adequacy, the scope of work and budget submitted by borrowers. He advises applicants so that the work performed complies with building codes and the needs of the property. He also reviews that the budget is within typical market costs.

Prior to joining CIC, Roger worked for five years for the City of Chicago Department of Housing as a Construction Specialist. Before getting into housing rehabilitation, he worked in the civil engineering field.

Roger received a B.S. in Civil Engineering from a foreign university. He completed courses towards an M.S. in Civil Engineering at the Illinois Institute of Technology and has a Certificate in Business Administration from the University of Illinois, College of Business Administration.
