ANGELA MAURELLO, Vice President, CII

Angela Maurello joined CIC in 1995 as Servicing Manager and is now also VP/Program Manager for CIC subsidiary Community Initiatives, Inc. and its Troubled Buildings Initiative.  Her responsibilities include ensuring an efficient, smooth loan closing for both conventional and government layered financing through direct customer service. She also manages CIC's collection, workout and foreclosure accounts.

Angela began her mortgage banking career in 1984 at Citibank-Illinois. Her experience includes mortgage servicing, construction loan servicing and underwriting, workouts, asset management and new loan closings of multifamily/commercial and single-family homes. Angela sits on several boards of community-based organizations that focus on affordable and for-profit housing.
