PAUL ELUE , CII Program Officer 

 

N. Paul Elue (pronounced EL-oo-eh) joined CIC/Community Initiatives, Inc. in 2004 as a Program Officer for the Troubled Buildings Initiative.

Prior to coming to CIC, Paul held a variety of positions as a senior research scientist; product and marketing director; and IT project development manager. Paul studied at the Graduate School of Business of DePaul University with a concentration in Economics, and earned a Master’s Degree from DePaul in Chemistry, with emphasis on Materials Engineering. He is a licensed real estate broker.

Paul is married to Rita and they live in West Rogers Park with their two sons and a daughter.
