process information submitted to the CIC system. CIC may use your

CIC product offerings and you agree to receive those messages.
CIC may sponsor promotional events, programs or other similar

of individual contact and demographics information to be used
for the event. CIC may also co-sponsor these activities with other
companies or business partners in which case individual contact
and demographic information is likely to be shared with the other
participating sponsors. An applicant’s personal contact
and demographic information will not be released to third parties
or non-participating organizations without the applicants consent
and CIC will request that co-sponsors of such event uphold the
privacy of the applicant’s information.
When appropriate, an option will be made available for users,
during the event registration process, to choose to receive information
from third-party organizations.
Opting Out
Users of the CIC website may choose at any time to remove all
contact and other information stored by CIC by contacting us at
remove-data@cicchicago.com.
In the event an applicant requests removal of information while
loan information is being processed, applicant understands that
removal of information may impede the processing of the application.
CIC shall not be liable for problems arising from the removal
of such information.
You should be aware that when you voluntarily disclose personal
information in discussion areas that information can be collected
and used by others and may result in unsolicited messages from
other parties.
