Eve Beverly and Nedra DeSavieu

Two sisters, Eve Beverly and Nedra DeSavieu, purchased two properties on South Indiana, totaling 14 units. Both buildings were in severe decline. Through the Flex Fund Program, CIC provided first mortgage financing and the Department of Housing provided a second mortgage to completely gut rehab the two properties. These two formerly decaying properties in Washington Park now provide safe, decent affordable rental units for the community.
