Because property owners have busy and demanding schedules, CIC will offer the workshop more than 20 times this year in various locations throughout Chicago and surrounding suburbs. 

     The usual format is four consecutive evenings, Monday through Thursday, although there are occasional exceptions (usually all-day Saturday sessions).

The cost of the workshop ($45 paid in advance*, $50 paid at the door) includes a copy of CIC's Residential Property Management Procedures Manual, a guidebook providing marketing and management assistance to owners and managers of multifamily apartment buildings.
