Chicagoland's Leading Multifamily Rehab Lender

Workshop Schedule

Foundations of Property Management

Because property owners have busy and demanding schedules, CIC will offer workshops more than 20 times this year in various locations throughout Chicago and surrounding suburbs. The usual format is four consecutive evenings, Monday through Thursday, although we also have sessions on Saturdays that last all day.

The cost of the workshop ($40 paid in advance*, $50 paid at the door, except as noted *) includes a copy of CIC’s Residential Property Management Procedures Manual, a guidebook providing marketing and management assistance to owners and managers of multifamily apartment buildings.

*Payment accepted by check or money order by mail at the address below, and also by cash in person (exact amount, please). Sorry, no credit cards.

Due to limited space, preregistration is mandatory (so that we can plan for space, and contact you in the event of a last-minute program scheduling issue).  You may pregregister online here.
