El programa de CIC proporcionar\u00e1 ayuda directa a los peque\u00f1os proveedores de viviendas de alquiler asequible para cubrir hasta $30.000 por propiedad en el aumento de mantenimiento y otros gastos de construcci\u00f3n resultantes de la pandemia de coronavirus, con \u00e9nfasis en los costos que actualmente no son elegibles bajo los programas estatales y locales de ayuda de emergencia de alquiler.
