Gracias a esta asociaci\u00f3n, pudieron beneficiarse de un pr\u00e9stamo de Deuda Mezzanine que redujo sus necesidades de fondos propios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Los inmuebles de Des Plaines constituyen la primera operaci\u00f3n de CIC en la que se combina el producto de pr\u00e9stamo Mezzanine Debt de CIC con una primera hipoteca no concedida por CIC. El programa Mezzanine ofrec\u00eda la flexibilidad necesaria para financiar dos inmuebles en Des Plaines con un total de 33 unidades mediante deuda de agencia y deuda Mezzanine de CIC por un valor combinado pr\u00e9stamo-valor de 84%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Situadas en una comunidad de unos 60.000 habitantes, ambas propiedades se encuentran cerca de escuelas primarias de alto nivel, de la Reserva Forestal del Condado de Cook y a 45 minutos del centro de Chicago a trav\u00e9s de la estaci\u00f3n de Metra de Des Plaines.
