Testing
Our test is questions of course material in a multiple-choice format.
You must pass the test by 75% to receive your certificate.

Certificate
Your certificate expires after two years of your pass date.
Our certificate program complies with the City of Chicago, HUD Landlord Training, and most Bank/Lender requirements.
