We encourage you to save time and avoid late fees by managing your account online, including signing up for reoccurring monthly payments. Sign up is fast and easy through our LoanStat Portal. If you are already registered for the LoanStat portal, please visit the link below to access your account information.

If you have not yet registered for LoanStat, you can do so by following the same link and selecting the Register option. Please have your loan number and TIN or Social Security number on hand before registering the account.

To make a loan payment via express mail (FedEx of UPS), please send your payment to CIC’s office at 222 S. Riverside Plaza, Suite 380, Chicago, IL 60606

CIC is unable to accept walk-in payments.
